It's cinema but social

Cine North is about bringing the community together in rural areas through cinema events. But, it's not just about watching a film. It's much, much more. In addition to watching great films together with your family, friends, and neighbours, you'll be part of creating fun, social gatherings that could include dressing up, food, music, games and other activities, perhaps even inspired by the film’s themes.

We offer a tailored package of training, technical advice, screening equipment, programming and promotional support to community venues and individuals in Yorkshire, Cumbria, Lancashire, and Tees Valley, enabling them to screen a diverse cinema programme, chosen by and presented in partnership with local audiences.

From village halls to stately homes, festivals and arts centres, we work with partners and venues to screen a rich programme of cinema, from the latest homegrown independent films to silver screen classics, art-house favourites, Hollywood hits, world cinema gems, and films for younger audiences.

Click here for an interactive map showing all of the Cine North venues. You'll also find contact details, venue addresses, and other useful information there, too.

Please contact your desired venue for more information including film screening times, ticket prices, etc. Contact details for each venue can be found on the interactive map located under the 'venues' link.
